localexpungements.com is a digital lead generation matching platform and software utility. We are not a law firm, we do not employ attorneys, and we do not practice law.

• No Advice: Any automated outputs, percentages, determinations, or results provided by our “Free Eligibility Filter Tool” are for preliminary informational and administrative screening purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, legal assessments, or guarantees of record clearing eligibility.
• No Privilege: Submitting information through our online forms, questionnaires, or contact boxes does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Openbridge LLC. Consequently, information submitted via the tool is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
• Independent Evaluation Required: Your actual legal eligibility for record sealing or expungement can only be determined by a formal evaluation conducted by an independent, qualified licensed attorney.

2. Independent Legal Matching Service

Our Service functions solely as an administrative bridge connecting consumers with independent, third-party legal professionals.

• No Endorsements: We do not recommend, endorse, screen for quality, or guarantee the outcomes of specific independent attorneys within our network.
• Separate Agreement: If you are matched with an independent lawyer or firm, any subsequent engagement, fee agreement, or representation contract is strictly between you and that attorney. Openbridge LLC is not a party to, nor liable for, any legal services rendered by third-party attorneys.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using this Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this contract.

You agree NOT to use our eligibility filter tool to:

• Submit false, misleading, or intentionally fraudulent criminal record metrics.
• Attempt to harvest data or reverse-engineer our proprietary filtering logic.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts on our digital web forms.

4. Telecommunications Consent (TCPA and SMS)

If you voluntarily choose to opt-in via our submission forms and provide your phone number or email address, you grant express written authorization to localexpungements.com (Openbridge LLC) and our vetted third-party legal network to contact you.

• This contact may occur via automated phone systems, artificial or prerecorded voices, text messages (SMS), or emails to deliver your filter results and follow-up support.
• You acknowledge that providing telecommunications consent is not a mandatory condition to use our basic anonymous filtering tool. You may opt out of these communications at any time by replying “STOP” to our text messages or by contacting us at support@localexpungements.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom layout software, digital logic patterns, questionnaire sequences, visual graphics, text, and domain logos associated with localexpungements.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Openbridge LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the tool for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. OPENBRIDGE LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ABSOLUTE ACCURACY OF THE AUTOMATED SCREENING OUTCOMES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OPENBRIDGE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, MISINTERPRETATION OF THE DATA FILTER, OR THE ACTIONS OF ANY LAW FIRM REFERRAL PARTNERS.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of this platform must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of New Jersey.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your consultation request.
